Channel Nine sports presenter James Bracey and wife, Margot have settled on a North Curl Curl acquisition, having sold in Cammeray.

They have paid $3.05 million for a Hamptons style home near the beach.

The four bedroom, two bathroom home has an upstairs balcony with district views and ocean glimpses.

Bracey, who left Sky News Australia in late 2016 to host the rugby league telecast on Channel Nine's The Sunday Footy Show, scored $1.65 million for his former Cammeray home.
