The two bedroom split level units, 48 Gloucester Street and 48A Gloucester Street are heritage-listed and available through McGrath Estate Agents and set for May 24 auction. 
Proceeds from the sale will be reinvested in social housing across New South Wales.
Millers Point sales have netted over $390 million to fund new social housing dwellings.

Three level Melbourne Docklands townhouse listed

Taking up tenth position on the Most Discounted Properties Nationwide list from SQM Research is a two bedroom apartment in Harbour Esplanade, Docklands, which was first put on the market in July 2013.
Since first listing the price has been reduced $185,000, according to SQM Research managing director Louis Christopher.
He said the unit, <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-apartment-vic-docklands-110224841" target="_blank">1602/231-245 Harbour Esplanade, Docklands</a>, is located within close proximity of public transport and is just minutes from Melbourne CBD. 
"The property made its way onto the market back in July 2013 with the vendor originally asking for offers above $650,000. Since then the vendor has reduced the price down to $465,000, a total reduction of $185,000," he said.
"The property consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, and one secure undercover car space. Key features include Gas SMEG cooktop, stainless steel appliances, reverse cycle heating and cooling, ample storage space, and a dual access balcony.
"Over the past week 14 Endeavour Road, Georges Hall, NSW has sold by private treaty. The property was originally advertised with an asking price above $1.2 million, with the vendor only recently knocking this price down to $875,000. The Darlinghurst apartment that screamed decor by the interior designer Greg Natale remains unsold. 
There were just two bidders were at its mid-August auction with it passed in at $1.15 million to the flu-ridden top bidder.
Natale bought the one bedroom 14th floor apartment in 2010 for $630,000 with his partner Jason Greenhalgh, then it was renovated in 2011 with his signature Greg Natale-designed wallpaper and carpet.
It is just 70 sqm. 
Set in Harry Seidler’s iconic Horizon building, Natale is not venturing far - off to the 10th floor for a larger two bedroom apartment with 110 sqm space that was once owned by his first designer boss, the late Garth Barnett.
It recently sold for $1.785 million.
Melinda Antella, of BresicWhitney, took it to auction on August 13 with a guide of $1.1 million, so some attendee expressed surprised at the property not coming on the market.
The asking price subsequent to auction was published as $1.25 million.

Village boss lists St Kilda apartment as Graham Burke heads to South Yarra
