Buyers have come out in droves to snap up apartments in&nbsp;Rivean Residences, one of the few&nbsp;Perth&nbsp;developments to come out of the collaboration between Aria Land and Blueways Group.

The Nedlands development of just 28 apartments has been&nbsp;designed&nbsp;by&nbsp;Giorgi, one of Australia&#39;s most awarded custom architect builders. They&#39;ve been behind award-winning projects like Echelon Residences, Caversham and 10BVT.

The twin tower Perth apartment development, Henley Rise, in the waterfront suburb of Como, is one of the handful of new developments to come out of the collaboration of&nbsp;Aria Land and Blueways Group.

Nestled in the leafy City of South Perth, Henley Rise is set to&nbsp;overlook&nbsp;the Swan River and Perth CBD when completed in late 2023.

Comprising 111 apartments, Henley Rise&nbsp;was designed by renowned Embrace Architects&nbsp;to harmonize the bustling Como hub with its peaceful riverside location.

The apartments&nbsp;feature balconies/terraces of up to 158 sqm with sweeping views of the Swan River and cityscape beyond.

There are a broad range of floor plans on offer across the suite of one, two and three bedroom apartments.&nbsp;&nbsp;
