Buyers have come out in droves to snap up apartments in Rivean Residences, one of the few Perth developments to come out of the collaboration between Aria Land and Blueways Group.

The Nedlands development of just 28 apartments has been designed by Giorgi, one of Australia's most awarded custom architect builders. They've been behind award-winning projects like Echelon Residences, Caversham and 10BVT.

"Rivean draws on local historical materials and innovative design techniques to spark a revitalization of the surrounding community," Giorgi says.

"The design is responsive to the environment, providing excellent access to natural light, fresh air and generous outdoor space, whilst also offering a range of spaces and activities that will promote a sense of community."

Over 50 percent of the two and three bedroom apartments have been sold, with prices ranging from $909,000 to $1,139,000.

Located in the leafy Nedlands at 139 Broadway, Rivean enjoys close proximity to the city, Swan River and premier shopping and dining destinations.

Kings Park is just moments away, together with the many offerings of nearby Elizabeth Quay and the Foreshore parks. Not far from the development is Claremont Quarter, the major shopping hub with a number of restaurants, cafés and bars.

There are a range of public transport options at the doorstep, as well as pedestrian and cycle trails.

Construction is scheduled for November 2021, with completion estimated for 2023.
