Keysborough,&nbsp;south-east of Melbourne,&nbsp;is well-known for its sprawling parkland&rsquo;s, picturesque wetlands, sporting amenities, and prestigious schools.

The suburb&nbsp;has been attractive for young families seeking larger homes just outside of Melbourne, given its accessibility&nbsp;to the CBD through the nearby Eastlink freeway.

There&#39;s also the&nbsp;Mordia​lloc Promenade, another hit with&nbsp;families.
