Keysborough, south-east of Melbourne, is well-known for its sprawling parkland’s, picturesque wetlands, sporting amenities, and prestigious schools.

The suburb has been attractive for young families seeking larger homes just outside of Melbourne, given its accessibility to the CBD through the nearby Eastlink freeway.

There's also the Mordialloc Promenade, another hit with families.

Townhomes are much more sought-after in the suburb, with an attractive price point allowing younger first home buyers to get a foot on the ladder.

Urban has had a look at the best townhouses on the market in Keysborough.
