Plus Architecture’s meticulous design for The Peak arises atop Bennetts Lane on the former jazz club site with 177 apartments across 42 levels, and creating a laneway to connect the mouth of LaTrobe Street.

The distinctive rectangular site tucked away from the busy street gives residents an air of privacy and exclusivity with a design approach to engage towards panoramic city and parkland views. The tower has a crystalline facade that generates movement and rhythm with the changing direction of sunlight and high quality amenities available on the 12th level outdoor BBQ facilities, dining room, theatre room, quiet reading room and indoor kitchen facilities.

The Peak is quite a thin skyscraper so available amenities such as this are quite impressive for a tower of its size, encouraging communal exchanges and social interaction between residents.
