The Langston mixed-use precinct incorporates three residential towers atop a central town square and retail precinct, primely located across from Epping Train Station. So far, the site has been cleared with the existing Westpac car park demolished and protective scaffolding of the Westpac building ready to start the floor by floor demolition process.

With Hutchinson builders allocated to the construction, the site is prepared for excavation and raft foundation to begin with an expected completion and first residents moving into the towers in early 2021.
