CBUS Property only completed work on their Epping development, The Langston, late last year, with the new residential development brimming with recently welcomed buyers.

First home buyers are now eligible for new stamp duty concessions, with the exemption threshold increased from $650,000 to $800,000, allowing more first home buyers to enter the property market.

Properties valued between $800,000 and $1 million will also benefit from stamp duty concessions.

Boasting an enviable location just 100 metres from Epping train station, the apartments offer unparalleled convenience and a seamless connection to key destinations across Sydney.

With the Epping train station right at its doorstep, residents can easily access the Sydney CBD within a mere 30 minutes via Sydney Metro and rail services. Just one stop away lies the Macquarie Centre, the largest suburban shopping hub in Sydney, while a short four-stop journey takes you to the bustling retail hub of Chatswood.

The Langston is also ideally situated in close proximity to top-tier secondary schools, while Macquarie University is just a quick five-minute drive away.

The pool deck features a 20-metre pool, while the wellness hub includes a gym and a yoga room. Residents will also benefit from a sky lounge and dining space.

The ground floor of The Langston features a retail and pedestrian plaza, giving residents a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and various health and lifestyle retail outlets on their doorstep.

Green space has also been included at The Langston, with more than 2,000 sqm of landscaped podium gardens.
