Rising on the prominent corner of the Princess Highway and Blackburn Road, M-City is a mixed use precinct changing the way we live, work and socialise in the suburb of Clayton.

Being walking distance from Monash University makes the development a key location for access to the brightest professionals in the country. Residents won’t have to travel far for much else though, with a shopping centre on site with over 60 specialty stores including Kmart, Woolworths and a Village Cinemas.

The CBD is only 20 minutes from M-City the highway and Clayton Station servicing the area means residents, workers and visitors aren’t far from some of the best night-life, cafe and arts culture Melbourne provides.

The mini city, built by Schiavello will comprise of four apartment towers, a 250 bed Mantra Hotel and an office tower with a catchment area of over 120,000 people.
