The UEM Sunrise topping out ceremony for Aurora Melbourne Central was held on the building’s rooftop on the 5th of April, 2019.

The first residents have lived in the building since the completion of the first two stages in October 2018. The tower crane is being dismantled and core box is completed.

Last panes of glass shall be finished by the end of the month as the construction phase comes to a close. The lobby of the building and the Melbourne Central Station underground connection have been completed in immaculate condition months prior.

Interiors for apartment levels 70 and above are still being prepared with an expected date of Q4 2019.
