Western Australia's highest and lowest suburbs for gross rental yield

The top three suburbs in Western Australia with the highest gross rental yields are Kambalda west with 10.2% followed by Nickol (9.67%) and Port Hedland at 9.51%.

According to CoreLogic RP Data the lowest gross rental yields are in Dalkeith (2.33%) followed by Cottesloe (2.52%) and Coolbinia (2.55%).
