A five-bedroom home on the former Prix D’Amour site in Mosman Park is on the market for $7.5 million plus.

Located at 31 Owston Street, the property features floor to ceiling glass walling, a theatre, outdoor kitchen and an infinity pool.

It also includes a 45-metre Swan river view corridor.

Private property developer Arash Shakibaee bought the 1,110-square-metre lot in 2007 for $3.8 million.

The Prix D’Amour site previously boasted a 16-block mansion owned by Gina Rhinehart’s former step mum Rose Porteous and Lang Hancock.

Porteous commissioned the demolishment of Prix D’amour in 2006 and the 8,100-square-metre site was subdivided into lots.
