Kambalda East has the cheapest rentals in Western Australia, according to the latest Investar suburb performance report.
The report reveals the top 100 cheapest localities across the country.
It suggests the median rent in Kambalda East for a three bedroom house sits at $170 a week.
This is followed by Geraldton and Orelia with $190 per week.
The median rent in Armadale for both house and unit sits at $200 per week.
