Village boss lists St Kilda apartment as Graham Burke heads to South Yarra
The South Yarra-bound Village Roadshow co-chief executive officer Graham Burke has his four bedroom St Kilda sub-penthouse listed for sale.
It captures 180-degree, "gold-class" views over Port Phillip from Brighton to the West Gate Bridge.
About $7 million is tipped for 802/6 Victoria Street which is set within the Esplanade Apartments complex. It was a collaboration between Melbourne's highly-awarded Fender Katsalidis Architects and British-Italian minimalist architect, Claudio Silvestrin and Hecker Phelan & Guthrie.
It was developed behind the Espy Hotel more than 10 years ago with an internal area of 538 square metres.
The apartment comes with a study, library, recreation room and two large living quarters, with access to one of two terraces.
The Stephen Jolson Architects-designed apartment has been listed through Nick Johnstone agents Nick Johnstone and Chris Carrington.
Burke and wife Robyn bought the apartment off the plan from developer Max Beck just over a decade ago, and had a hand in its design.
