A luxury Yarra’s Edge, Melbourne’s Docklands apartment has been sold for $1.75 million.

It previously sold off the plan in March 2002, according to CoreLogic, for $1,581,400, reflecting minimal price growth based on its 2005 settlement,.

The 22nd floor apartment sold off-market through Mia Chen and Kristen Basile of Real Estate Services by Mirvac to an existing client.

The three bedroom, two apartment 2201/90 Lorimer Street, Docklands apartment has 203 sqm space. There is also a study.

The apartment was last advertised as a $1250 a week rental in 2018. Its peak asking rental was $1300 in 2016. It was first listed as a rental in 2007 at $900 a week.

There was a $1.17 million sale in the block last October of a 148 sqm two bedroom apartment on the 24th floor. It had previously sold at $1.04 million in 2016 and $795,000 in 2006.
