Bespoke Melbourne apartment developer Wickton has appointed Balmain & Co. to deliver their upcoming Linacre Rise apartment project in Hampton.

The appointment follows the completion of site clearing works on site at 8-10 Linacre Road, Hampton, with the next stage of excavation.

Linacre Rise will feature just 27 two and three-bedroom apartments next to Linacre Private Hospital and a few hundred metres from Peace Park, Sandringham Golf Club and Sandringham Beach.

Architecture firm Ewert Leaf has designed the low-rise project which will sit in landscaping by John Patrick Landscape Design.

The 15 two-bedroom apartments start from $1,275,000, while the 12 three-bedroom apartments are priced from $2.05 million.

Wickton has created Linacre Rise to be environmentally responsible and energy efficient for residents.

The inclusion of solar panels aims to decrease dependence on traditional energy sources to lower electricity bills and reduce carbon footprint.
