Builder developer Valeo Constructions will soon complete works on their West Melbourne apartment project, Stanley & Roden.

The six-level building, which will home 43 apartments, is located on the fringe of the city, bordering the city centre, North Melbourne and Docklands

It sits at the heart of a highly walkable area bursting with parks, historic buildings, vibrant street life and something new to discover around every corner.

Stanley & Roden's facade draws inspiration from the neighbourhood's industrial heritage while still imbuing a modern twist, with red brick on the lower levels before the upper apartments don a more modern and contemporary finish.

A mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments are on offer, each benefitting from stone benchtops, timber flooring and views to the city skyline.

One-bedroom apartments are priced from $520,000, while two-bedroom apartments start at $715,000. The three-bedroom apartments start from $1.4 million.

Valeo Constructions has been involved in Brunswick's Lygon Place project and West Melbourne's Felton & Grimwade, which is also soon to welcome buyers.
