Residential community developer Cedar Woods has teamed up with Boutique Homes, part of the ABN Group, and Soho Living to deliver Marshal Place, a collection of townhouses in the Williams Landing development.

The trio are offering the five townhouses in Williams Landing, less than 20 kilometres south-west of the Melbourne CBD.

The location of Marshal Place is one of the development's key selling points. It features convenient access to the train station, a thriving retail hub, local dining, parklands and an office precinct.
