Family-run developer View Bank Homes has recently completed another apartment development in Heidelberg West, on the fringe of Preston.

The Bardia Street development, Liberty, features just eight spacious one and two-bedroom apartments, thoughtfully designed to harmonise with the street's existing character and the neighbouring parklands.

Greenery has been incorporated to surround the building, softening the facade and paying tribute to the nearby parklands.

Stepping outside of Liberty, residents are greeted by the natural environs of Darebin Creek Trail and Forest Park just opposite the doorstep of the property yet offering absolute convenience just a short stroll to retail, eateries and transport.

Residents can take a short 3-minute walk to the bus stop, plus proximity to Heidelberg Train Station, offering express routes to the CBD.

The convenience of The Mall is just a ten-minute walk away, offering a range of retail, supermarket, cafe, and dining shops, along with an ALDI in the area.

On the western side of Darebin Creek, just a four-minute drive from Liberty, residents will find the Northland Shopping Centre, which has a Myer, Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, and Hoyts.

Liberty is also close to the vibrant Burgundy Street and Warringal Shopping Centre.

For art and culture enthusiasts, the Heide Museum of Modern Art is a short 15-minute drive from the property.

Education and healthcare facilities are within an easy ten-minute car ride, including La Trobe University, Our Lady of Mercy College, Ivanhoe Grammar School, and Ivanhoe Girls’ Grammar School.

Prominent hospitals, including Austin Hospital, Mercy Hospital, Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital, and Warringal Private Hospital, provide high-quality healthcare services, all within three kilometres from the site.
