Under construction Glen Iris apartment development GALERIE hits 70% sold
Following its recent topping out, GALERIE, the newest apartment development in Glen Iris, has hit another major milestone.
Over 70 per cent of the 29 two and three-bedroom apartments have been sold, as construction advances towards a late 2024 completion.
Developer LDS Property, who is currently offering a five per cent deposit on the apartments for a limited time, has quietly managed to create a project which puts more confidence in the off the plan apartment market.

One of the rare developments on the market backed by a Big Four bank, GALERIE is being built by high-end, award-winning construction company Iurada.
The main building structure is all but complete, with windows being installed this month before Iurada shifts its focus to the internal fit-out of the apartments.
The development drew early interest from local downsizers and empty nesters seeking to remain within the Glen Iris area. Last year a buyer opted to amalgamate two of the top floor apartments to create one large apartment, spending just over $4 million and setting new suburb record.

Designed by Ewert Leaf and complemented by landscaping from John Patrick Landscape Architects, GALERIE boasts a low-rise structure that distinguishes itself with a dynamic asymmetrical facade.
The building, located on High Street, features expansive landscape courtyards or elevated balconies that provide panoramic views of the metropolitan area.
