Eaglemont, once known as Mount Eagle, continues to uphold its reputation as one of Melbourne's most exclusive neighbourhoods. The tight-knit community is deeply attached to their cherished locale, and opportunities to purchase homes here are incredibly rare.

That's why Melbourne developer Carpe Group chose the suburb to develop in, understanding the high barrier of entry was pricing the majority out of the suburb.

They're approaching completion of Eaglemont Residences, a limited collection of just 13 apartments on Mount Street. Only two apartments remain in the Warren and Mahoney-designed development which has a strong focus on landscaping.

Carpe Group Director Tim Campbell said every detail in Eaglemont Residences has been considered to elevate the living experience.

"There is a sense of harmony and nature in everything you touch and feel," he said.

The homes have been designed to offer both privacy and ease of living, providing residents with the pleasures of this coveted neighbourhood without the burdens of maintaining a traditional home.

"A meandering path from Mount Street leads you to a discreet entrance, creating a sense of journey as you approach," Warren & Mahoney's Nick Dean said.

One of the remaining residences boasts 218 sqm of internal living space. Positioned to showcase lush and verdant views of Albert Jones Reserve, the home offers a genuine garden experience with a spacious terrace and courtyard spanning over 172 sqm.

The other apartment features three bedrooms plus a study room across 165 sqm. Located on the second level, the north-facing apartment comprises a well-considered layout and thoughtful design ensuring maximum daylight and seamless integration with the gardens below.
