Residents will soon be moving in to Robinson, the new townhouse development in Hawthorn's exclusive Scotch Hill precinct.

The project at 37 Robinson Road Hawthorn, delivered by developer Outline Projects, comprises 18 three and four bedroom townhouses, each with their own private garages and courtyards.

Outline Projects commissioned the Melbourne-based architectural studio Object Subject to design the homes, with the renowned Eckersley Garden Architecture handling the landscaping and gardens.

There are still a few townhouses left, with the three bedroom residences priced between $1,725,000 and $2,665,000. The sole four bedroom townhouse left is priced at $2,625,000.

The buyers have been a mix of owner-occupiers, young families, young professionals and downsizers.

The Robinson townhouses have been created using a refined material palette of marble,, brass, steel and brick, complete with a striking timber facade.

Each townhouse spans two levels and has engineered oak floorboards, wool blend carpers, double glazed windows and a kitchen fully-kitted with Miele appliances and natural stone benchtops.

The master suite's feature their own walk in wardrobes and ensuites.

The project sits to the south of Riversdale Road, just a short stroll from Camberwell Junction.

Outline has previously had success in Collingwood with an eight-level development of 29 dwellings. They also successfully completed townhouse projects in Armadale, Prahran and Fitzroy.
