The project at 37 Robinson Road Hawthorn, delivered by developer Outline Projects, comprises 18 three and four bedroom townhouses, each with their own private garages and courtyards.

Outline Projects commissioned the Melbourne-based architectural studio Object Subject to design the homes, with the renowned Eckersley Garden Architecture handling the landscaping and gardens.

There are still a few townhouses left, with the three bedroom residences priced between $1,725,000 and&nbsp;$2,665,000. The sole four bedroom townhouse left is priced at $2,625,000.

The buyers have been a mix of&nbsp;owner-occupiers, young families, young professionals and downsizers.
