Samuel Property went beyond well-designed homes in its newest Melbourne apartment development, offering its future Louise residents exclusive amenities for a convenient, social, and active lifestyle.

If residents are not out running around Albert Park Lake, they can get their cardio workout in the comfort of the well-equipped gym or the skylight-illuminated private pool on the ground floor.

True to the building’s biophilic design philosophy, the presence of water helps reduce stress and improve health and wellbeing.

Residents can also simply relax in the steam room or enjoy a massage from the in-house spa.

When entertaining family and friends, residents can book the dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen or use the private lounge area for informal gatherings.

The private lounge and adjacent dining room provide a flexible venue for hosting drinks, games nights, or special occasions with friends and family.

An outdoor terrace, beautifully landscaped, wraps around the communal areas.

Designed by Cera Stribley, Louise will feature 88 apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, with one-bedroom apartments starting at just under $600,000.

The initial number of apartments set to be delivered has been slightly adjusted as a result of many buyers choosing to amalgamate multiple floor plans, creating unique spaces tailored to their individual preferences.

Over 70 per cent of the Louise apartments have already been snapped up. Downsizers have made up a majority of the buyers so far, with many seeking the convenience of a lock-and-leave lifestyle that the apartments offer.

Moments from Louise, the leafy St Kilda Road is lined with tram routes to the city, less than five kilometres away, with stops at various arts and cultural destinations.

The 16-level Louise is currently under construction by the renowned builder Hamilton Marino, which is on track to complete Louise in late 2025.
