Wedged between one of Melbourne's most popular suburbs South Yarra and the edgier suburb of Windsor, Prahran has long been a sought-after suburb for those looking to reside in Melbourne's inner-city.

The suburb has recently welcomed a new addition to its residential lineup, with Luxor Apartments delivering their boutique apartment project, Highline Residences.

Comprising just 15 apartments, they had local architects Interlandi Mantesso design the project, which embraces purist forms, geometries, and negative spaces.

The apartments have been designed with three different kitchen and bathroom options, as well as four joinery choices, encouraging residents to customise their space, creating an array of unique apartments with their own individual character.

The clever use of contemporary extruded and perforated brick pays homage to the facebrick aesthetic of the context, creating a striking visual impact, while the white brick serves as a contrast to the black zinc cladding.

Each one frames Melbourne's skyline, offering residents astounding views that connect Prahran to the city. The play of natural light throughout the day unveils multiple aspects of each residence, creating a dynamic and ever-changing living environment.

Open plan kitchens seamlessly flow into the living rooms, extending the sense of space and convenience. The living spaces then extend further onto spacious courtyards and balconies, connecting residents with the surrounding parklands.

Upon entering Highline Residences, residents are welcomed by a generous entrance and an abundance of natural light.

Flourishing garden spaces establish a sense of tranquility and serenity, creating a gentle transition from the external hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Just two-bedroom apartments remain in the development, with prices from $945,000.
