The design behind Brighton's Fifty Two Black apartments
In the upscale neighbourhood of Brighton, a new residential project is capturing attention and redefining the meaning of luxury living.
Fifty Two Black, a collaboration by renowned designers Nicholas Day, Jack Merlo, Gregory Tuck, and Meg Sharpe, introduces a distinctive design that combines elegance, exclusivity, and a private elevated lifestyle.
With only five residences, Fifty Two Black offers house-like proportions, furnished in partnership with Ralph Lauren Home. As the first project in Australia to be entirely furnished with Ralph Lauren Home pieces, the development introduces a new class of elegance and exclusivity to Brighton.
Each is defined by one of three distinct design inspirations, crafted by Meg Sharpe, with Californian Romantic, Desert Equestrian, and Deco Moderne concepts, featuring three bedrooms, two living areas, and a generous terrace.
Upon entering the homes at Fifty Two Black, soaring ceilings of up to 3.3 meters and European anodized bronze windows create a grand sense of space and light, coupled with warm timber floors arranged in a chevron pattern.
The apartments expansive living areas also feature a stone fireplace, as well as a feature chandelier and handcrafted finishes.
The European kitchens include a butler's pantry, with hand selected marble adorning the benchtops and splashbacks, while pendant lights by Ralph Lauren Home illuminate the classic white joinery.
