Sutton Street, a highly anticipated collection of 12 custom-designed residences, are set to launch in Kooyong, one of Melbourne's most prestigious suburbs.

Autron Property are behind the development, which has been designed in a collaboration between IMA Architects and Studio Lancini.

Family-owned and operated Krongold Construction has already started the build on the site at 6 Sutton Street. The project will comprise a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with two heritage townhomes.

Set in a leafy and secluded location, Sutton Street has been designed to reflect the natural beauty and timeless quality of the suburb, with the residences paying homage to the heritage character of Kooyong.

The interiors feature high-quality fixtures and fittings, including marble benchtops, limestone bathroom tiles, and Gaggenau appliances, with each boasting an abundance of natural light throughout, thanks to floor-to-ceiling glazing, along with well-appointed ensuites and bathrooms, which utilise natural materials and clean lines.

Sustainability was at the forefront of the design, with the development achieving a 6-Star NatHERS rating due to the double glazed windows, energy-efficient appliances and fixtures, as well as a passive solar design which contributes to minimising energy consumption and the site's carbon footprint.

Located in Melbourne's prestigious eastern suburbs and sharing the same postcode as Toorak, Kooyong is a hidden gem filled with amenities, opportunities, and rich history. Known for its leafy streets and tightly held real estate, this suburb is a sought-after destination for discerning buyers.

At the heart of Kooyong lies the iconic Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club, a world-renowned sporting venue that has hosted numerous international tournaments over the past century.

But Kooyong is much more than just a sporting destination, with a plethora of delectable dining options, fashionable shopping destinations, and other lifestyle venues, residents of Sutton Street will enjoy a lifestyle that is second to none.

Residents will be within easy reach of a number of transport options as well, including trains and trams, providing easy access to the CBD and surrounding suburbs.
