It's becoming more and more prevalent for developers to go to the 'green side' when creating new projects.

Excelon Projects has done just that with their new Brunswick development, Two Eleven Sydney Road, collaborating with Six Degrees Architects to create a sustainability-first project.

Two Eleven Sydney Road combines elements of old Brunswick with modern design principles, resulting in a fusion of old and new.

21 apartments sit atop a preserved low-rise heritage facade on Sydney Road.

Sustainability lies at the heart of Two Eleven Sydney Road, which is evident in every aspect of the development. From the careful selection of materials to the thoughtful design and orientation of interior spaces, every decision has been made with the environment in mind.

The building's commitment to sustainability is further reinforced by the inclusion of solar energy generation, water harvesting, and storage systems.

The building has been designed and engineered to achieve a 7.5-star NatHERS rating, indicating its superior performance in terms of thermal comfort and reduced energy consumption. This rating places Two Eleven Sydney Road among the most environmentally conscious residential developments in the area.

Open-air lanes have been incorporated throughout, along with walkways and a rooftop terrace, with the spaces designed to encourage social interaction among residents.

The location itself of the project also provides an ideal opportunity for residents to engage with the vibrant atmosphere of one of Melbourne's most energetic inner-city suburbs.

Two Eleven Sydney Road, which has just 21 apartments, is 75 per cent sold.
