Sunkin Property Group has already sold half of the apartments in the Park House, the first stage of their ambitious Net Zero community in Highett, Highett Common.

Park House, comprising 83 apartments of varying one, two, and three-bedroom configurations, stands as a testament to Sunkin's commitment to innovative and sustainable living spaces.

Highett Common is designed to be the first Net Zero Community in Victoria. The project seamlessly combines built structures and natural surroundings, embodying the concept of biophilic design. Several environmentally conscious initiatives have been integrated into the development, showcasing a dedication to a sustainable future.

The development boasts a distinctive blend of natural landscapes and meticulously crafted built environments. Over 42 percent of the site is dedicated to open green space, including a sprawling three-hectare nature reserve and a one-hectare community park. This unique blend seamlessly integrates the tranquility of nature with refined urban living in the heart of Highett.

Designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke, the architecture of Park House prioritises the infusion of natural light, warmth, and space into each apartment. Every home features an open-plan design, private outdoor living areas, and expansive walls of windows that frame the lush green vistas, connecting residents with the surrounding natural beauty.

Residents of Park House will also enjoy an array of amenities that enhance their daily lives, including both indoor and outdoor pools, wellness hubs catering to fitness and yoga enthusiasts, and a new library that will serve for both residents and the broader community.

With construction underway, residents are expected to move into Park House by mid-2025.

Following the success of Park House, the next phase of development in the 9.3-hectare precinct will be a collection of three and four-bedroom luxury townhomes. The homes will be nestled within four hectares of parkland, mirroring the balance between exposed brickwork and modern, earthy materials found in the existing architecture.

The townhomes will feature open and flexible three and four-bedroom floorplans across two and three levels, providing residents with the versatility to adapt their living spaces as their needs change. With living areas on the lower level, the upper levels offer spacious retreats, accommodating additional living zones, home offices, or hobby and media rooms.
