Following the success of Park House, the first stage of Highett Common, Sunkin has launched its townhouse collection as part of the sustainable masterplan.

Sunkin unveiled the townhouses at a grand launch event Saturday October 21 at the Highett Common Display Suite at 37 Graham Road in Highett. The three and four-bedroom townhouses have been designed to target the family buyer. Each will have either two or three levels, and a rear landscaped garden off the main open plan kitchen, living and dining area.

The kitchen has been kitted out with a 900 mm SMEG induction cooktop and oven, induction because the Highett Common masterplan is seeking to be Victoria's first Net Zero Community.

The bedrooms are located privately upstairs, while Sunkin expects the majority of buyers to use the third of fourth bedrooms as a multi-purpose room which might suit a second living area, home office, or media room.

Every townhouse features independent entry off the street, and internal access from the lockable private garage.

The three-bedroom townhouses start from $1,614,000. Sunkin are also releasing a handful of three-bedroom loft apartments from $1,401,600.

Part of the townhome reveal is the next stage of resident amenity, which comes in the form of an indoor pool, to complement the outdoor pool revealed in stage one, and a wellness hub with a state-of-the-art gym and yoga space, and a new library for residents.

Residents can book the wide range of amenity through Highett Common Connect, a mobile or laptop app which will be updated with community events, connections to social clubs and sport and fitness groups, and integrations with smart home automation.

Park House, which comprises two buildings and 165 apartments, is already over 60 per cent sold.

Sunkin have reserved over 40 per cent of the 10-hectare masterplan for open spaces, with parks, playgrounds, and landscaped outdoor areas the cornerstone of the precinct.

The $500 million masterplan will home over 1000 residences when completed.
