Salvo Property Group, led by founder and executive chairman Mario Salvo, has established itself as a prominent player in Melbourne's real estate market over the last quarter of a century.

With an impeccable track record of delivering more than 3,000 apartments valued at over $1.5 billion, the group has become synonymous with quality and excellence.

Their latest achievement is the completion of Stature, a soaring apartment tower in the highly sought-after Southbank neighbourhood.

Collaborating with Vince Squillace's Squillace Architects, Stature won the Residential High Rise award at the 2019-2020 Asian Pacific Property Awards, with the tower's façade incorporating bold lines and expansive glass surfaces.

"We believe that buildings should inspire people and places, so this building has a sense of place, and it also inspires vertical village living," Squillace said.

Construction has completed on all the apartments within the 34-storey tower, with the group now just putting the final touches on some of the amenity offerings which crown the building.

"The building features a number of amenities that contribute to the idea of this vertical village. There's a cafe on the ground floor there's gym, pool, common dining area, lounge and rooftop barbecue areas, so you're not just living in your apartment you're living in the building and on multiple levels."

Each apartment features timber flooring and a neutral colour palette complemented by black accents, while premium finishes enhance the sense of luxury and functionality within them.

Far reaching views are invited into each home through expansive windows, while also flooding the living spaces with an abundance of natural light.

"The building is located in a gateway to one of the most liveable cities in the world and we've designed the homes to take full advantage of its position. The views are incredible and they can be enjoyed from the common areas they can join from your apartment. It's a real sense of resort style living in Melbourne."

Located at 119 Clarendon Street, in one of Melbourne's premier lifestyle precincts, residents will benefit from nearby luxury shopping boutiques, lively promenades, cafes, restaurants and theatres, all within walking distance. The Yarra River is nearby, as is the Queen Victoria Gardens and South Melbourne Markets.

The neighbouring suburbs of South Melbourne and Albert Park also have height restrictions in place, meaning Stature's 180-degree panorama of Albert Park Lake, the bay, and Port Melbourne will remain unobstructed.
