Salvo is currently working on a 16-level high-rise called Bond Quarter at 386 Spencer Street in West Melbourne as well as a nine-level mid-rise called 33 North at 33 Racecourse Road in North Melbourne. The companies most recently completed project is one of the world’s most extensive vertical gardens, the Platinum, located on City Road Southbank, a $290 million project comprising of 437 residential apartments and ground-floor retail over 53 levels.
