All apartments in the first stage of Elements Brunswick, the epitome of a new style of apartment living that seamlessly blends the past with the future, have been snapped up.

Stage two will be announced soon.

Every aspect of the design by Plus Architecture has been carefully curated to bring nature indoors and foster a sense of tranquility.

The ground floor features an atrium where residents can entertain guests or find solace amidst the lush greenery, as ferns and star jasmine fill the air with a gentle fragrance.

The apartments themselves exude a sense of serenity, with a colour palette that combines blonde and smoke hues alongside neutral tones, with the spacious rooms striking a balance between openness and intimacy.

Natural materials have been utilised throughout, with timber and stone, coupled with double glazing which fills the spaces with abundant natural light.

Embracing a sustainable ethos, Elements Brunswick prioritises minimising its environmental impact while maximising accessibility. The development features bicycle storage facilities and dedicated car parking, encouraging residents to opt for eco-friendly transportation options.

The development boasts a 7.5-star energy rating, achieved through the incorporation of solar hot water, rainwater harvesting, and natural ventilation systems that enhance air quality, with 80 per cent of the building materials used are recycled.
