With a wealth of amenity in and around South Melbourne, developers could be guilty of relying on what's around the project rather than the amenity that they could offer in it.

Not R.Corporation, who has gone to great lengths by providing wealth of residential amenity within one of their most recent developments, R.Iconic.

The Plus Architecture-designed twin tower development, two 31-level buildings one with a hotel and the other apartments, offer everything from a rooftop running track to a whiskey lounge.

Set among landscaped gardens designed by the renowned Paul Bagnay, R.Iconic features an expansive backyard featuring one acre of space.

Residents will also have access to a state-of-the-art gym, an infinity pool, running track, fitness stations, a tranquil zen garden, and an adventure playground for children.

There's also a multitude of entertainment options, including outdoor dining pods, a cinema, karaoke room, wine vault and a whiskey lounge.

Generally high amenity comes with high body corporate fees, however the fees at R.Iconic can be as low as $60*.

Prices at R.Iconic start from $540,000.
