Riva Ridge's highly anticipated boutique development, Soul Hampton, has secured a sell out well ahead of construction completion.

David Lamond at Noorden Property secured the sales of all eight two and three-bedroom apartments, which were favoured by the local downsizer and rightsizer.

The Grenville Street project, scheduled for completion in late 2024, promises to offer a unique blend of luxury, convenience, and natural beauty in one of the most sought-after locations along the bay.

Construction work on Soul Hampton commenced in December 2022, with the response from buyers overwhelming as a majority of the residences were snapped up well ahead of the groundbreaking ceremony.

Designed by Finnis Architects, the apartments at Soul Hampton are thoughtfully created to maximise space and light, blending natural stone and veneer timber paneling with high-end finishes and appliances.

The interiors exude elegance and sophistication, featuring Liebherr integrated fridges, gas fireplaces, underfloor heating in all bathrooms, and two car spaces in a secure lock-up basement garage.

The development is ideally situated at 14-16 Grenville Street, just a short walk away from the vibrant Hampton Street shopping strip, where residents can indulge in a variety of cafes, restaurants, and boutique retailers. Convenient public transport options make it easy to explore surrounding suburbs, with the city in reach in around 25 minutes.

Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Hampton Beach, one of Melbourne's iconic bayside beaches, while the surrounding area also boasts excellent schools, parklands, and sporting facilities, making it an ideal place for families and individuals.
