Society Armadale: Where no floorplan is the same as the last

Apartment developer Bensons Property Group took an unusual approach when they were designing Society Armadale.

Their brief to CHT Architects an interior architecture and design practice SORA, was to create one-of-a-kind floorplans in the boutique Wattletree Road development of 25 apartments.

No two apartments have the same floorplan, which is attracting a variety of buyers. What's also drawing buyers is the size of the three-bedroom apartments in particular.

Comparing the apartment size against the average house size in the 2021 CommSec Annual Home Size Report, Society Aramdale's three-bedroom apartments are 10 sqm larger.

Krongold Construction have started building Society Armadale, which is slated for completion early next year.

The development boasts gardens and swimming pools designed by the esteemed Jack Merlo, while also boasting an average 7-star NatHERS energy rating in each home.

The two and three-bedroom apartments are thoughtfully designed to maximise views and natural light, with a carefully selected palette of materials, including timber floors and marble benchtops and splashbacks.

Each apartment features Gaggenau appliances, along with Liebherr fridges and wine fridges and Astra Walker tapware, as well as private garages equipped with EV chargers.

Taking luxury to new heights, the penthouse at Society Armadale offers an unrivalled experience akin to a palatial house, boasting features such as a home cinema, wine cellar, office, and sauna, along with multiple living areas.

Privacy and security are paramount at Society Armadale, with state-of-the-art video and audio surveillance systems in place to ensure residents' peace of mind, while there's also concierge services which further enhance the sense of exclusivity and convenience within the development.

Society Armadale residents will also benefit from the We Wumbo building app, which enables communication between the concierge and the greater Society community.

The app will notify resident’s when parcels arrive, as well as being the destination to reserve The Sanctum, a private dining space within the development, the dog wash bay and even the car wash.
