Sinjen appointed to build Brighton's newest apartment development, Loller St
Richmond-based architectural builder Sinjen has been appointed by local developer Upscale Property Group as builder for their upcoming Loller St apartment development in Brighton.
Loller St comprises just six dual-aspect apartments featuring two, three, and four bedrooms, all within a 15-minute walk to Brighton Beach.
Designed collaboratively by Telha Clarke, Mim Design, and Paul Bangay, Loller St reflects the harmonious blend of modernist architecture, meticulous interior design, and thoughtful landscaping.
Loller St's modern design allows for abundant floor-to-ceiling windows blurring indoor and outdoor spaces, clean lines, and open spaces conducive to free-flowing floor plans overlooking views of gardens and Brighton.
Each apartment will feature custom Mim-designed pieces, wine cellars, fireplaces, and dedicated walls for art displays.
The heart of these homes is a Taj Mahal Quartzite kitchen equipped with Gaggenau Appliances and Brodware tapware.
Security features are also a priority, with each apartment equipped with an individual alarm system and CCTV cameras installed in all common and public areas of the building. Electric vehicle chargers will be provided for each home, catering to the growing demand for sustainable living solutions.
Loller St is slated for completion in October 2025. Jellis Craig Projects is marketing Loller.
