Developers Samuel Property and Bracken Hall have appointed Minicon to construct their latest Brighton project, Willow.

The art-deco inspired project, architecturally-designed by Bayley Ward, features layered designs and a striking exterior that integrates into its tree-lined environment. The soft arches and brick façade will be built by Minicon, the smaller project entity of the Icon Group and Kajima Australia.

Willow will feature a collection of two, three and four-bedroom home-sized residences. Its offerings include vast light-filled spaces, biophilic design and soft landscaping by Acre Landscape.

Residences in the bayside development start from $2.175 million, with prices reaching $6.5 million for a penthouse apartment.

With construction commencing early 2021, this is the last chance for prospective buyers to design their home ahead of construction in a complimentary private appointment offered by Bayley Ward.
