Developer CCIG Capital Pty Ltd's (CCIG) Caulfield North apartment development Reverie kicked off its launch with 30 per cent of its apartments snapped up on its launch.

Reverie, comprising 34 two and three-bedroom apartments across seven levels, is the first new apartment launch in the Caulfield North in 2024.

Award-winning BG Architecture have teamed with acclaimed interior design firm, Hecker Guthrie, to design what CCIG believes a "sensitively considered built environment [that] can inspire us and open the door to reverie."

The architectural design of Reverie is characterised by soft arches and organic curves, divided into three levels; The Penthouse Level, The Sanctuary Levels, and The Podium — offering panoramic bay and city views in the Penthouse Level to spacious balconies overlooking Caulfield Park and the city skyline in the Sanctuary Levels.

The apartments, priced from $895,000 to $4,635,000, boast generous living and dining spaces, well-appointed kitchens with natural stone benchtops and premium Miele appliances, and customisable colour schemes.

Reverie is targeting a 7-Star Energy Rating and is expected to be completed by February 2026.
