National apartment developer Poly Global aptly named their completed Doncaster Hill project Summit, due to the location on the crest of one of the highest points in Melbourne's eastern suburbs.

The completed project offers views of the Melbourne skyline in one direction and the rise of the Dandenong Ranges in the other.

The 108-apartment development features a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a number loft-style units and townhouses.

Designed by Bruce Henderson Architects, Summit's architecture harmonises with its location, combining warm, natural textures with clean, modern lines. The open-plan kitchen areas feature marble-look tiles and premium European appliances.

The generously proportioned interiors also benefit from an abundance of natural light throughout the homes, coupled with far reaching city views.

Residents benefit from a cushion of greenery which extends into the shared courtyard. The crowning eighth level features a communal garden, while also providing yet another vista vantage point.

Located just 15 kilometres away from the heart of Melbourne and a seven-minute drive to nearby Box Hill, Doncaster is steadily establishing itself as a suburban hub, anchored by the bustling Westfield Doncaster Shopping Centre.

Poly Global is currently developing Spring Square by Poly in Sydney's Bankstown.
