Having recently completed their Elsternwick apartment development EVA, builder developer Pitard Group is onto its next project.

They've already started construction at Moola Court, a 60-apartment project in Cheltenham.

Moola Court comprises 60 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, presenting a rare opportunity to buy into a suburb where less than a fifth of dwellings are apartments.

Designed by VIA Architects, the apartments feature open plan living and dining spaces that open to private terraces, as well as kitchens with Ilve appliances, an island, and marble countertops.

Euro laundries are cleverly tucked away behind bi-fold doors. Some apartments also include a nook alongside a large window, or a fully fitted-out study room as a dedicated workstation.

All apartment levels come with a lift service from the basement car parking and a secure intercom entry. The building also has a resident lounge.

Moola Court sits at the end of a cul-de-sac on the fringe of Cheltenham's centre, near Cheltenham Station and the 20-hectare Cheltenham Park, home to Cheltenham Golf Club, Shipston Reserve, and Jack Barker Oval.

Construction on Moola Court is well advanced, with completion slated for June 2024. Prices start from $560,000 for a one-bed and rise in price to the $1,295,000 three-bed apartments.

Pitard Group is also selling the final apartments at its completed EVA Elsternwick Village development.
