In the bustling and vibrant city of Melbourne, a new development is poised to elevate the standard of urban living to new heights.

Development firm Holder East are set to tap into the value of the inner-city locale with their South Melbourne project OASIS Residences, which is positioned to savour Melbourne’s delights. With the CBD as a neighbouring suburb, residents will enjoy an abundance of entertainment, cultural landmarks, popular gardens and transport all nearby.

The collection of residences at OASIS have been designed by the renowned Hayball architects. A range of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments are on offer, as well as penthouses and loft penthouses, with every element crafted to enhance the lives and styles of its residents.

Residents can choose between a light and dark colour scheme, both showcasing bold tones and sculptured joinery, with gold accents and a natural palette of timber and stone.

But the luxury of OASIS extends far beyond its impeccably designed residences, with almost 1,200 sqm of shared spaces dedicated to residential amenity.

The three-storey lobby makes a grand first impression, while a concierge is available every day to assist with everything from dry cleaning to childcare.

There's also a rooftop pool and terrace providing the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, while the resident's cinema offers a private space to watch your favourite movies.

A gym and yoga studio are available for those who like to stay active, while a children's playroom is perfect for families with young kids.

And for those who need to work from home, there's a private dining room, a library, and office space available for use.

One, two and three-bedroom residences can still be purchased in the development, which is slated for completion this year.

The one-bedders are priced from $640,000, while the two-bedders start from $690,000. The three-bedroom apartments come with a price tag of $1.48 million, with these residences occupying the largest space of the lot with 98 sqm of internal living space.
