Mirvac has officially launched Trielle, it's last residential tower in their $1.4 billion Yarra's Edge masterplan precinct on the Docklands waterfront.

A hundred gathered on a sunny day at the Trielle Display Galleria at 16 Point Park Crescent, where prospective buyers were greeted with tantalising electro-acoustic harp-music and champagne as they entered the crystalline façade of the Trielle Display Galleria on the day of its long-awaited Grand Opening.

Guests were treated with cooking demonstrations by Emma Rosen on the sub-penthouse Bora induction cook top with downdraught exhaust, an example of Mirvac Design's detail in Trielle's highly sculptural kitchens.

Mirvac's Senior Development Manager, Tim Noakes, spoke to the history of the award-winning Yarra’s Edge community, which has been developed by Mirvac for over 20 years, and now boasts over 3,000 residents who call it home.

High-end designer furniture firm Mobilia, good friend and partner of Vogue Living who were involved in the curation of iconic furniture for the Display Galleria, delivered an inspiring masterclass on the design legends past and present such as Patricia Urquiola and Mario Bellini and their timeless furniture that have completed the vision that Mirvac's in-house design had for the Display Galleria experience.

Trielle will be the tallest tower in Yarra's Edge when it's completed, standing 45 levels tall just 12.5 metres from the Yarra River.

The building is broken down into four different apartment classifications, the Signature, Prestige, Sub Penthouse Collection with the extraordinary Black and White Diamond Penthouses soon to debut.

Trielle will feature the most abundant amenity Mirvac have offered in Yarra's Edge. Arguably it's the most the 51-year old developer has ever offered in any project.

Residents will have access to a library and work pods, The Saletta Business Lounge, The Salone Piano Lounge with self-playing piano with adjoining Chef’s Kitchen, Games room and Teppanyaki bar, Theatre, and a Golf Simulator.

There's also the Oasis Retreat, complete with urban rainforest garden, a Scandinavian-inspired wellness centre, 25-metre pool, magnesium pool, spa, sauna, cold-pailing and treatment rooms.

Mirvac's extensive Display Galleria also feature custom gem and diamond-cut Apaiser bathtubs and basins, with a Signature and Sub Penthouse Collection kitchen and bathroom on display.

Apartments in Trielle start from $680,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, with parking based on apartment 8.06 . The two-bed apartments start from $1.12M based on Apartment 2.01.
