ASX-listed developer, Mirvac, has commenced the main tower construction at Trielle at Yarra’s Edge, its new apartment development in Docklands.

The construction commencement, through Mirvac's inhouse building arm, follows the successful progression of early site works along the 130-metre stretch of riverfront promenade.

The $350 million Trielle at Yarra’s Edge is part of Mirvac's $1.2 billion master plan for the Docklands waterfront which kicked off over two decades ago. Now over 3,000 residents call it home.

Trielle, comprising around 191 apartments, is one of Mirvac's most amenity-laden developments they've ever produced.

The Oasis Wellness Club, a verdant urban rainforest with a trickling stream located seven stories above the Yarra's Edge promenade, has been designed in collaboration with spa expert Naomi Gregory.  The Scandinavian-inspired wellness club features a biophilic gym, complete with state-of-the-art equipment, a yoga and pilates room, and a sauna, as well as hydrotherapy pools.

There is a large lap pool in Trielle, as well as two spaces dedicated to working from home, The Biblioteca and The Mills Place Work From Home Pods.

Located on the north-facing bank of the Yarra River, just two kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD, Yarra’s Edge features parks, playgrounds, a 1.3-kilometre riverfront promenade, retail and dining options, and a marina.

Mirvac is expecting to complete the 45-level Trielle by mid-2027.
