In today's fast-paced world, where time is of the essence, apartment living has become a popular choice for many individuals seeking convenience and a hassle-free lifestyle.

To cater to the evolving needs of residents, apartment developers are increasingly incorporating concierge services into their offerings.

These services not only enhance the overall living experience but also provide a range of benefits that make apartment living truly extraordinary.

Melbourne developer Centrla Equity, as well as the ASX-listed Mirvac, know the importance of a concierge. Central Equity have a concierge at their two completed apartment developments, FOCUS in Southbank, and Parkhill, on the fringe of the CBD, while Mirvac's latest Yarra's Edge tower, Trielle, also has a dedicated concierge service.

One of the primary benefits of having concierge services within apartment developments is the round-the-clock support they provide. With 24-hour concierge services, residents can rest assured that their needs will be taken care of at any time of the day or night, whether it's a package delivery, arranging transportation, or simply seeking assistance.

The presence of a concierge in the grand lobbies also adds an additional layer of security, ensuring that only authorised individuals have access to the premises.

Concierge services go beyond basic assistance, offering residents the convenience of accessing various amenities within the apartment complex.

FOCUS, for example, provides its residents with the opportunity to book amenity spaces such as the 17-seat cinema and private dining rooms through their attentive concierge team, with the personalised service making it effortless for residents to enjoy the luxurious facilities that are designed exclusively for their comfort and entertainment.

The recent completion of Parkhill brought an opportunity for its first residents to experience the concierge team firsthand. The team is readily available to assist with day-to-day needs, making life in Parkhill a breeze.

Trielle, on the other hand, sets a new standard of luxury living. Its inviting lobby is home to a dedicated concierge service that caters to residents' needs with attention to detail. By delegating time-consuming tasks to the concierge, residents can reclaim precious moments in their day and focus on the things they truly enjoy.

There's still one, two and three-bedroom apartments selling in the Southbank project FOCUS, with prices for a one-bedder starting from $589,000.

If West Melbourne is more your spot, Parkhill still has a collection of one and two-bedroom apartments remaining, with prices from $515,000.

The Yarra's Edge Trielle only recently launched to the market, boasting an array of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, where prices begin from $650,000.
