Melbourne's inner east is known for its vibrant neighbourhoods, leafy streets, and proximity to the city.

Several apartment developments have been completed in the last 12 months, offering prospective buyers the benefits of either a ready-to-move in option rather than renting, or for investors who want to start earning rental income.

We've wrapped up a list of some of the best completed apartments currently selling in Melbourne's inner east.

Project: HOME

Suburb: Alphington

HOME, located at 626 Heidelberg Road in Alphington, stands tall as a new architectural marvel within the Alphington Paper Mill Development.

Situated just 6.5 kilometres northeast of the city, the 16-story building offers a range of terrace homes, sky homes, and apartments.

The sleek design combines a brick podium, paying homage to the site's industrial legacy, with a curved glazed tower showcasing contemporary architecture.

The exterior materials, including brick, concrete, timber, metal, and glass, create a timeless and raw aesthetic.

With only two and three-bedroom apartments remaining, prices for HOME start from $914,000.

Project: Sierra

Suburb: Hawthorn

Sierra in Hawthorn has proven an attractive proposition for both first home buyers, rightsizers, and downsizers, primarily for its prime location.

Offering one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, as well as terrace homes, Sierra makes a bold architectural statement.

The 'S' shape not only enhances visual appeal but also creates an engaging retail experience on Burwood Road. Residents can enjoy the convenience of retail amenities at their doorstep.

The building also features landscaped courtyards nestled within its curves, providing serene outdoor spaces for residents to relax.

There are just one and two-bedroom apartments available in Sierra, starting from $500,000.

Project: Toorak Park

Suburb: Armadale

Toorak Park presents a rare and highly sought-after opportunity for those aspiring to enter Melbourne's exclusive Toorak market.

With over 60 percent of Toorak's population consisting of families, securing new or near-new apartments in the area has been challenging.

Located at 590 Evergreen Mews in Armadale, the $500 million masterplanned project offers a mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments developed by Lendlease, a prominent ASX-listed development giant.

Every one-bedroom apartment on offer has a car park, unheard of in the entry-level Toorak apartment market, which in itself has been unheard of for a number of years.

Designed by Denton Corker Marshall and Carr Design Group, Toorak Park's 16-building project seamlessly blends with its surroundings. Extensive landscaping by Tract provides green spaces and communal areas, creating a harmonious living environment.

Predominantly owner-occupied, Toorak Park sits in one of the area's most connected pockets, just across the road from Toorak Station and just off the lively Orrong Road.
