Family developer M3 Group is close to completing each of its three townhouse developments in Melbourne's Reservoir.

M3 Consult, who are the developers, builders and designers of each of their developments, have 13 townhouses across three sites, all located within a couple of hundred metres of each other.

The trio of projects, named after their street names, 48 Dundee Street, 69 Hickford Street and 158 Purinuan Road, have proven popular with first home buyers, who have been eligible for the $10,000 First Home Owner Grant (FHOG), and local families and downsizers.

158 Purinuan Rd has just sold its final townhouse. Only one remains in 48 Dundee Street and 69 Hickford Street.

Upon completion, 158 Purinuan Rd will be home to only four two-bedroom townhomes, located just steps from Cheddar Road and minutes from the heart of Reservoir.

48 Dundee Street offers only five two and three-bedroom townhomes, while 69 Hickford Street offers a choice of four three and four-bedroom townhomes, each with a single or double garage.

Taking inspiration from traditional forms, these residences feature gable roofs, strong porches, recesses, and fenestrations that create visual interest—playing with geometry and symmetry.

“Inspired by traditional forms, our townhomes exude charming street appeal, showcasing quality workmanship, functional spaces, and a contemporary aesthetic,” architect Gianni Mancuso said.

The location of the townhouses has been a real stand out. They're located a short walk from both Dr Atkinson Reserve and JC Donath Reserve, the latter a regional sports park with a skate park, exercise equipment and a kid's playground. The Bundoora Park Public Golf Course is a 10-minute drive.

The townhomes are also just an eight-minute drive to the centre of Reservoir, where the train station is located surrounded by more restaurants, cafes, bars, and a Coles supermarket.
