Grange ROC Property took to a peaceful cul-de-sac in Prahran for their most recently completed residential development, Lumley Park.

With a locale that fits in among its high calibre neighbours on High Street's sought after cultural strip, Lumley Park delivers tranquility combined with access to the best Melbourne's inner-city has to offer.

Designed by the Charlie Inglis-led Inglis Architects, the residences have been designed to reflect their surrounds, which is brimming with esteemed schools, transport links, markets, villages and a thriving dining scene

“The premise behind Lumley Park is very much inspired by the surrounding streetscapes, presenting a seamless blend with nature – an ode to the adjacent park," Inglis said.

The team at Inglis Architects chose a palette of materials that not only enrich the picturesque court but also ensure the homes age gracefully over time.

The design seamlessly integrates with the neighbouring park, paying homage to its status. Lush vegetation adorns the surroundings, softening the contemporary architecture and seamlessly blending the homes with the natural landscape.

Inside the residences, the interiors reflect the very essence of the suburb they reside in - a fusion of high-end sophistication and warmth. The interiors feature well-appointed finishes and generous floor plans, with abundant windows flooding the interiors with natural light.

The functional kitchen areas stand out as places of inspiration, where sleek appliances and modern joinery come together to enhance the overall design.

Three-bedroom floorplans are still on offer, priced from $1.995,000.
