The development site of the Edithvale off the plan apartment development, Loft194, is up for sale.

The apartment complex comprises 16 one and two-bedroom apartments, just 170 metres from the beach, and less than 400 metres from Edithvale Station.

Apartments had been selling off the plan from $545,000.

The near 1,000 sqm site is being sold with the plans, and relevant approvals in place. There have been five sales in the building so far.
